26Dec: Happy Birthday Mat Fahim !

25 Dec baru nie, cik Min buat kenduri akikah untuk baby Aira sekaligus sambut birthday anak sulung nya Fahim ( jap saja dah dua tahun)...Cik Mya pun apa lagi menyibukan diri dengan kek special untuk Fahim ..Kek berukuran 12"x12" nie ada 2 layer kek choc dan vanila flavour.. tengah2 tu kami sapu choc ganache.. atas pun dengan choc topping....yummy..

Taddaaa....Special request dari cik Min ialah nak letak gambar barney and frens sebab Fahim minat sangat dengan character nie.. siap nyanyi2 lagi.. ; ) So sebab kami tak pandai melukis, guna edible image lerr jawab nyer.. confirm jadi gambar Barney... ; )

Suzalina : Thank You and Congrats!

Terima kasih MYA ucapkan kepada cik Suzalina kerana sudi membuat tempahan cupcakes dari kami untuk majlis pertunangannya yang berlangsung pada 26Dec2009 di Air Itam, Penang.

Akhir kata kami ucapkan semoga pertalian pertunangan Suzalina kekal sehingga ke jinjang pelamin(boleh laa order muffin buat door gift plak tak pun tempah hantaran MYA) . ; p

Sayonara Cik Leen MSI

Minggu lepas , cik mya menerima tempahan muffin dari landlady"MYA's Kitchen", cik Leen . Agak hairan jugak kenapa cik Leen tiba-tiba order 150 bijik muffin pada pertengahan minggu. Rupanya untuk farewell nya (sebagai tenaga pengajar)di MSI, Kulim dan berpindah ke Melaka untuk sambung belajar . Huhuhu.. rasa sedih pun ada sebab kehadiran Cik Leen nie menyerikan suasana (dengan sembang2, tips2, gosip2 panas dia.. heheh) especially semasa mya masak2 di "MYA's Kitchen".
We wish you all the best and see you again. Mana tau trip MYA tahun depan pi melaka plak.. hehehhe..;)

For those who love cooking, cook books , recipes, and blogging.. please please watch this movie -Julie and Julia. It's a crossover of 2 true stories of 2 ladies who have passion in cooking and eager to publish their cooking experience .
Julia Child an American lady who just moved to Paris get herself involved in cooking class and later mastering the art of French cooking in the era of 1920s.
Her passionate in cooking plus no French cookbook written in English that time, she later decided to published her own French recipes (of course written in English).


Whilst in 2002 , Julie Powell living in Queens an ordinary worker in secretarial job that's going nowhere got the idea of publishing her cooking experience in a blog . Influenced by Julia Child French cookbooks she end up giving herself a target to finish 542 recipes in 365 days.

From My Wedding, Thank You Guys - Swee Koon

This round of cupcakes project was ordered by Ms Swee Koon...opss no longer Ms..Mrs Leong..hehhe...who just got married on 27Sept09 (hmm.. already pass 2 month... time flies.. )
The cupcakes actually not for the wedding day instead as a thank you gift for her office mate who contribute for the wedding gift.


To suite the wedding theme, SK has requested to have ribbon features and initial name of her and hubby( Kevin) names -"SK"-on her cupcakes... Hope you like it..

Happy Birthday Princess Aleesya - Mama

1st of all thanks to Pn Noor Rahana Nawi for the cupcakes order special for her daughter birthday- Aleesya turn to 5 this year. The theme is Princess in pink requested by Aleesya. So we decided to get Disney princess edible image from Bakeryna for this round.

This is the 1st time MYA use edible image in designing the cupcakes . So much easy but a bit costly. The outcome so awesome compare if we want to draw the picture ourself (erk).

To Aleesya and Mama: Hope you gurls love it . Thanks for supporting MYA. ; )

Happy Birthday Hubby - Watie ; )

Cupcake MYA kali nie agak special sebab customer nie nak kami hantar sebagai birthday surprise kepada hubby nya.. Tricky part is the cupcakes must be delivered to his office during working hour and none of us know the place exactly...kira macam treasure hunt jugak laa hari tu....
