Phew.. what a day! We "shut down" our oven close to midnight. Normally we end our baking session( for our order of the day) at around 10.30pm but last night we stayed up until ~12.30midnite to finished out our order. The feel is like finished up uni midterm project...hehe.. Anyway , learned the lesson that next time need to start much earlier. We started our baking last nite at 9pm after all eating and chating(heheh..gossip) thingy. Biasalaa bila dah jumpa.. all ladies lak tu..ehhehhe..sedar2 dah dekat pukul 9pm ..baru nak kalut pegang measuring cup. Thank God everything went well that nite . Here's some finished product for that nite. (sempat lak ambik gambar tu..cuma geng MYA tak sanggup nak pose dah..ponat!) For those who ordered, thank you. : ) Order lagi tau!

MYA in Chef Alex Goh Demo Class 22Feb09

This would be the 5th time MYA attended baking class since 2008 . Twice with Chef Alan Ooi , one with Pn Wawa Nasir and last month was with Pn Yasmin the Baking Project lady. This time we had chance to learn from Chef Alex Goh . He has demonstrated how to make Glaze Icing, Sugar Paste, Aising Color flow( we love this so much) , butter cream and simple butter cupcake. Great one ! Had chance to grab few tips and for sure we gonna use it to improve MYA recipe. ; )
