Entry kali ini cikMYA nak memperkenalkan Creampuff edisi mini. Creampuff mini ini di jual dalam pek 70-75 bijik dengan harga RM32 sekotak.Amat sesuai sekali untuk jamuan atau open house. Tiada perbezaan dari segi rasa dan mutu dari creampuff saiz standard (don't worry , kami masih menerima tempahan untuk saiz standard).
Apa yang boleh cikMYA katakan , creampuff mini nie tidak lah terlalu kecil sehingga tak terasa apa yang dimakan, maybe 2 bites of each puff...for us, it's just nice. ;)
So , yg berminat dengan cream puff mini kami, jangan malu dan segan utk buat tempahan. ;)

Kali nie berdebar2 sket nak buat creampuff sebab yg order bukan calang2. Sorang Ratu Baking and sorang lagi Ratu Shopping.

Nak jadi citer, the time nak bakar creampuff diorang, right away switch saja oven, terus satu rumah trip. Trip bukan calang2 trip plak, siap kena call TNB. Nasib baik dengan kepantasan TNB ( tak sampai 30 mins buat report,diorang sampai depan umah..mcm x caya pun ada), electric back to normal. Katanya ada socket kat luar rumah tercabut sehinggakan power tak sampai ke main switch... jeng jeng jeng..
Kalau Nancy Drew nie dah kata nie kes sabotaj tak bagi bakar creampuff..hahaha.. Alhamdullillah, dapat gak bakar creampuff malam tu.

Reason is MYA just made cream puffs order for these 3 shopaholic ladies- Rafidah, Sarimah and CtZ . Diorang nielah juara shopping segala shopping. Tak dapat disangkalkan lagi fakta nie sebab diorang nie laa juara Infineon Shopping Till You Drop contest baru2 nie. Bukan senang nak menang contest nie. Kena cekap dalam membeli belah, tahu selok belok barang2 and of cause bijak kira duit Bukan itu saja diorang nie laa sumber rujukan ramai officemate bila nak beli barang dari pampers sampai laa ke beg Coach. Tanya saja diorang nie.

CreamPuff for Irdina and Frenz Birthday Bash!

It was an awesome party arranged by Nuli and Jeri for their lovely daughter who just turn 3 yesterday. The party was held in Kulim HiTech park playground yesterday Saturday morning and what interesting is everyone who turn out was so freshly and lively (in case you have imagine everyone turn with their sleepy eyes in pajama) .

The party start at 9 and end by 12.30pm .Everyone looks so happy especially the kids. And Irdina has been a good host inviting everyone that day other then that she is a cute birthday girl.

Mya wish Irdina and frenz Hakim and Elysa who also celebrate their birthday yesterday a happy birthday to you! May you guys grow well and clever!

@ Special Thanks to Jeri for your cream puff order. This time we make it the size much smaller so that you got 45pcs instead of 30pcs(we considering the kids might not able to finish big portion). ;)

This is the hardest part when completing the muffins orders, that's what Mya think.
No problem with weighing kilos of flour or sugar , no problem of brushing and cleaning hundreds of eggs and no problem of mixing or scooping the messy batter.But when comes to packing times, it feels like never ending story. ;)
How hard it is, we have to do it . It's our commitment to our grateful customer for the past few years back and gladly we think this is the only way we could convey our appreciation to our customer for trusting on us. Until today, this is a free service we provide to our customer. No hassle when those muffins reach to our dearest customer . : )

Fuh fuh.. banyak betol habuk kat sini... nie tahap kena vacum baru ok nie..

Happy Birthday to Adorable Nadja from Mummy

At last , we have got the finalized date and item from Siti to complete her cupcakes order . It is today! Finally another cupcakes project completed. This time the cupcakes is for Siti's young girl, Nadja for her 6th birthday celebration at her kindergarten, Taman Selasih Smart Reader .

Even thought the delivery by MYA straight to kindergarten was a last minute plan, turn out everything happened smoothly.Phew...

The 1st time we arrived, we met the principle Ms Toh (who had enough with cakes, sweet cakes..heheh,that what she said). We asked for permission to see Nadja and surprised her with cupcakes. 1st time seeing Nadja, she is an adorable kid with her soft voice greeting us and she herself knew that she need to "salam" us as older person. Awesome.

CikMin almost crying when we listen to her talking to her mom over the phone about her surprise cupcakes. It was a touching moment at least for us..really..especially when she said she likes our cupcakes..huwaaa..cry cry cry..heheh

At 1st we don't have idea for kid's cupcakes especially when this little girl just turn 3 this year. If too simple, she might be bored. If too specific on the character like Ben10,Transformer,Dora etc it might not be her favorite. Later we knew from her mom that she just learn about butterfly and she pronounced it as "buffly"..hmm..should we have the butterfly cupcakes? hmm.. only butterfly? Let's suprise her!

Yes...Finally cikMYA's busy week ended with long relive(..ehhe..shows why late update in this blog) after struggling with this order. It was'nt something new for cikMYA to bake 500pcs of muffins, but this time we wanted to introduce something different and new to our customer.

With exclusive packaging plus the thankyou lable with bride and grooms name hopefully satisfy all ,at least cikMYA was very happy with the outcome...hehe..

Thank you to Lydia and Ayie for the trust and freedom given to us to come out with this custom muffin as your wedding sourviner. Purposely we choose the turquoise color for the lable to suite your wedding theme. Hope you and family like it . :)

Kerja office bertimbun , kerja rumah x siap , kerja update blog pun tak buat.. apa nie.. pehhh.. Sekarang nie cik MYA rasa hari dan waktu berlalu dengan cepat.. sedar2 dah minggu lain, sedar2 dah petang.. huhuhhu..

Macam entry ini, sepatutnya dah publish 2 minggu sudah tapi apakan daya masa tak mengizinkan..(alasan!! heheh)..

Cuti 4 hari sempena CNY baru nie berlalu cepat sekali..sedar2 dah hari kerja.. Ramai jugak yang ambik kesempatan cuti panjang nie pergi bercuti dan buat majlis .
CikMYA pun ada menerima tempahan cupcake untuk majlis bertunang. CikMYA perasan ramai yang ambik tarikh 14Feb baru nie untuk majlis pernikahan dan bertunang , maybe sebab haritu hari kekasih. Bukan bermakna menyambut Valentine tapi sekadar mudah mengingat tarikh tu.. ( Bunga2+ hadiah2 pun senang nak dapat time nie..heheh)..Lagi menarik tahun nie cuti panjang sekali dengan CNY.. : )

So kali nie CikMYA nak post gambar cupcake yg kami buat untuk majlis pertunangan (saudaranya) pada 14Feb baru nie yang di tempah oleh Adi office mate CikMYA yang tak jemu2 menyokong kami..(thank you Adi!)..

Power Puff Week!

Bermula dengan 20 bijik cream puff order dari cik Tasha yang teringin nak makan cream puff MYA , jumlah puff yang kami buat minggu lepas mencecah 200 bijik. Semua order yang kami terima dari rakan2 office yang sentiasa support MYA. Maria order untuk jamuan kindergarten anaknya. Abang Jalim pula order untuk isteri tercinta...hehhe.. Zaza pula untuk ibunda tersayang.. dan Jda plak untuk kawan2 dan family. Phew.. memang power puff week lah!

This is because this year would be the 2nd year we bake the cupcakes for her birthday. Last year at around this same time, we did the same too.. We feel so happy that the family like to have MYA's cupcake for this special event. So awesome!! ; )

Still remember the Julie and Julia story I was telling about in last few MYA entries?
Yes, I've got it..that cook book..that little cute French cooking book!
Thanks to Mr Reza who eventually found and bought this book for me( mya's blog editor) ...hehehehe.

Different from my other cookbook collection where i always/only choose if the picture is pretty and the recipe is simple, this cook book have only the writing and some drawing illustration.

Nevertheless, this cook book becomes one of my favorite considering it's a gift from someone special(who else my hubby lerr) and it's been in a film( glamor you..heheh..typical me) ..

About the content ..err... it take years for me to able make the comment.
As of now..take it as I loike it !! ; )

25 Dec baru nie, cik Min buat kenduri akikah untuk baby Aira sekaligus sambut birthday anak sulung nya Fahim ( jap saja dah dua tahun)...Cik Mya pun apa lagi menyibukan diri dengan kek special untuk Fahim ..Kek berukuran 12"x12" nie ada 2 layer kek choc dan vanila flavour.. tengah2 tu kami sapu choc ganache.. atas pun dengan choc topping....yummy..

Taddaaa....Special request dari cik Min ialah nak letak gambar barney and frens sebab Fahim minat sangat dengan character nie.. siap nyanyi2 lagi.. ; ) So sebab kami tak pandai melukis, guna edible image lerr jawab nyer.. confirm jadi gambar Barney... ; )

Minggu lepas , cik mya menerima tempahan muffin dari landlady"MYA's Kitchen", cik Leen . Agak hairan jugak kenapa cik Leen tiba-tiba order 150 bijik muffin pada pertengahan minggu. Rupanya untuk farewell nya (sebagai tenaga pengajar)di MSI, Kulim dan berpindah ke Melaka untuk sambung belajar . Huhuhu.. rasa sedih pun ada sebab kehadiran Cik Leen nie menyerikan suasana (dengan sembang2, tips2, gosip2 panas dia.. heheh) especially semasa mya masak2 di "MYA's Kitchen".

This round of cupcakes project was ordered by Ms Swee Koon...opss no longer Ms..Mrs Leong..hehhe...who just got married on 27Sept09 (hmm.. already pass 2 month... time flies.. )
The cupcakes actually not for the wedding day instead as a thank you gift for her office mate who contribute for the wedding gift.

To suite the wedding theme, SK has requested to have ribbon features and initial name of her and hubby( Kevin) names -"SK"-on her cupcakes... Hope you like it..

1st of all thanks to Pn Noor Rahana Nawi for the cupcakes order special for her daughter birthday- Aleesya turn to 5 this year. The theme is Princess in pink requested by Aleesya. So we decided to get Disney princess edible image from Bakeryna for this round.

This is the 1st time MYA use edible image in designing the cupcakes . So much easy but a bit costly. The outcome so awesome compare if we want to draw the picture ourself (erk).

This would be the 1st MYA's Getaway after we've been working together as MYA for almost 3 years. Macam company dinner laa nie.. hahaha.. We stayed in Penang over the weekend at Penang Royal Hotel somewhere in the middle of Georgetown.

Yang bestnya.. bilik kami dapat view yang best ..no.. not pool view.. no.. not sea view ..not even garden view.. we've got Castle view.. hehehe.... tak caya tgk gambar nanti.

Walaupun hanya kat Penang saja, gateaway nie best sangat.. especially bila semua(hotel stay, makan minum, travel cost) FOC.. all under MYA acc.. heheh

For my case, I dah berkenan this 1 beg.. kat label harga stated as RM120.. then uncle yg jual tu kata.. the cheapest he can sell is at price of RM50 that after 1st bargain..for me dah bnyk tu.. however, my dear 2 frens nie tak puas lagi bargain..with their "nice and sweet" talk( ala2 mandrem...LOL) .. they got me the bag with the price of RM30 only! Gilerr!

Phew what a nite!

Next morning, instead of heaving the breakfast at the hotel , we choose the Castle. Best tau!

Today's entry is about my favorite cupcakes of the year ( refer to Wana a.k.a writer...heheh) because they are specially made by MYA for Jda and me to celebrate our birthday ! It was secretly bake by cik Min and Cik Ina in MYA's Kitchen and the taste is delicious ..Yummy!

Last week cik Mya and the geng telah sekali lagi success dalam membuat kejutan tahap cipan kat Birthday girlz.. Kali nie, 2 orang skali iaitu cik Tasya and Cik Dar..actually 3 tapi cik Sherry tak dapat menghadir kan diri ..so selamat laa dia.. ehhehe
About the party, semua org happy sangat..seperti biasa.. makanan pun sangat lah sedap.. Konsep kali nie ala2 kenduri ( konsep kena ada baru ganaz) Menu.. Nasik tomato, Ayam masak merah, Daging masak hitam , Dalca n jelatah.. tak di lupakan.. ayaq sirap"chemical"( za, jangan mare..hehe) . Then , seperti biasa cik MYA pun nak interframe dengan kek coklat mereka..tadaaa...

Immediately after we clock out from the office, straight away we get ready to bake for tomorrow order. This time we started our baking day at 6.30 pm which quite early compare to last time. Order was made by Ms Simran for her office corporate event and Ms Yani for her family vacation trip . This round of baking were done by MyaMin and MyaNina. While MyaWana busy preparing for our simple dinner. Everything went smoothly as we ended our baking session before 10pm. ; ) . Here's some picture of finished product from MYA:

MYA mengucapkan Selamat menyambut hari kelahiran junjungan kita Nabi Muhammad SAW kepada semua.

Maulidur Rasul yang jatuh pada pada hari Khamis 12 Rabiul Awal Tahun Gajah bersamaan dengan 23 April 571 merupakan hari keputeraan Nabi Muhammad s.a.w (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). Baginda adalah nabi terakhir yang diutus oleh Allah Subhanahu Wataala. Tapak kelahiran baginda pula kini mempunyai satu bangunan kecil yang dikenali sebagai Maulid Nabi.

Setiap tahun pada hari itu, umat Islam di seluruh dunia akan mengadakan majlis memperingati keputeraan Nabi Muhammad s.a.w dengan mengadakan beberapa acara seperti perarakan, ceramah dan sebagainya. Banyak kelebihan dan keistimewaan yang akan dikurniakan oleh Allah Subhanahu Wataala kepada mereka yang dapat mengadakan atau menghadiri majlis Maulidur Rasul.

MAULID berasal daripada perkataan Arab yang bermakna melahirkan bayi. Pada hari ini perkataan maulid itu merujuk kepada sambutan kelahiran Nabi Muhammad SAW setiap kali tibanya tarikh kelahiran baginda iaitu, 12 Rabiulawal setiap tahun.

Phew.. what a day! We "shut down" our oven close to midnight. Normally we end our baking session( for our order of the day) at around 10.30pm but last night we stayed up until ~12.30midnite to finished out our order. The feel is like finished up uni midterm project...hehe.. Anyway , learned the lesson that next time need to start much earlier. We started our baking last nite at 9pm after all eating and chating(heheh..gossip) thingy. Biasalaa bila dah jumpa.. all ladies lak tu..ehhehhe..sedar2 dah dekat pukul 9pm ..baru nak kalut pegang measuring cup. Thank God everything went well that nite . Here's some finished product for that nite. (sempat lak ambik gambar tu..cuma geng MYA tak sanggup nak pose dah..ponat!) For those who ordered, thank you. : ) Order lagi tau!

MYA in Chef Alex Goh Demo Class 22Feb09

This would be the 5th time MYA attended baking class since 2008 . Twice with Chef Alan Ooi , one with Pn Wawa Nasir and last month was with Pn Yasmin the Baking Project lady. This time we had chance to learn from Chef Alex Goh . He has demonstrated how to make Glaze Icing, Sugar Paste, Aising Color flow( we love this so much) , butter cream and simple butter cupcake. Great one ! Had chance to grab few tips and for sure we gonna use it to improve MYA recipe. ; )

MYA : Hari ini dalam sejarah...

OK...At last MYA dah ada blog sendiri.. upon many request ( cewah..macam glamour).. Actually ada yg request tu sebab server kat opis kawan2 cikmya lambat nak view fotopages.. apparrraa. .

Now What??? Nak tulis apa nie.. Hari tu masa cikmya dok berangan nak buat blog ada jaa macam2 nak tulis.. sekarang tak tau pulak nak tulis apa.. (PS: Blogspot takdak icon smiley2 laa..susah nie..mcmna nak survive niee)

Bagi intro lah!!

MYA telah ditubuhkan sejak 2 tahun yang lalu oleh 3 orang pengasasnya....macam sejarah daaa.. Anyway, nama MYA nie sempena pangkal huruf nama2 kami 3 orang. Susah jugak nak bagi nama nie.. macam nak bagi nama anak jugak laa.. macam2 keluar.. last sekali kami pilih MYA.. actually nama penuh MYA ZARA ( simpan-simpan nie, esok2 ada kuiz MYA senang nak jawab) .. tapi lebih popular dengan MYA saja laa..

MYA nie macam2 dia boleh buat.. apa saja.. sebut saja.. tak boleh pun bagi boleh jugak..janji ada pulus... tu laa antara perinsip kami..

Mula2 dulu MYA jual baju2 seperti beg, blouse, kain baju kurung, punjabi sut dan beberapa jenis baju lagi .. Kami jual terus kat opis , kat kawan2 , sedara mara dan ada yg letak gak kat kedai2 member. Jualan ok tapi tak laa banyak untung sebab ambik barang dari wholesale..banyak jugak dugaan masa tu.. ishh.. panjang laa kalau nak cerita nie.. Then atas sebab2 dot dot dot tertentu ( saja nak buat dramatik sket story line nie), KAMI BAKAR BAJU2 tu!!!!..jeng jeng jeng ...heheh.. Tak lah.. habis juai gulung tiikar laa.. tak dah continue ambik baju2 tu lagi..kami pun rehat seketika...lama laa jugak.. kira bukan saja rehat.. tidur ..mimpi.. semua lah!!

Tiba2 dalam tengah2 tidur tu.. datang laa ilham .. tercetus laa idea nak buat sesuatu yg tak perlu depend kat orang lain..so kena laa buat sesuatu yg boleh buat sendiri.. Jahit Baju Sendiri!!! Gila apa!!!Mesin Jahit pun tak tau guna..

Idea itu adalah... Masak dan Makan.. sebab cikmya2 semua suka makan..so kami decide nak buat yg kami suka makan dan of course masuk income..heheh..

Kami pun memulakan idea dengan buat muffin yang sedap dan di sukai ramai.Yummyy!!!

Blog nie akan jadi tempat untuk kami berkongsi segala memori, kenangan dan cabaran2 yang cikmya akan tempuhi untuk lebih maju..
